Ruibiao Group Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise which specializes in producing fasteners in China. Our company consists of 5 subsidiary companies. Established in1980, with about USD13,600,000 registered capital, we now have 120,000 square meters of land including 86,000 square meters of building, over 1,000 employees and almost USD30,800,000 current assets and current capital in total.

We mainly produce fasteners for cars, mini cars and motorcycles, which can be divided into 5,000 kinds, 2,000 items and the production capacity is up to 50,000 metric tons. In 2005, our group produced 200,000,000 billion pieces of products.

Beside R&D center, examine and test center, our group also introduce advanced equipment from Taiwan for following aspects. 1) Annealing: we have atmosphere-protected, non-decarbonized spheroidizing annealing equipment and vacuum annealing equipment; 2) Cold heading: we have multi-stage automatic cold extrusion formers, high-speed automatic thread rolling equipment, automatic nut tapping machines and multi-stage nut formers; 3) Heat treatment: we use ammonia, propylene and carbinol to protect atmosphere and two automatic lines controlled by an oxygen prober carbon potential system. The processing of surface is finished domestically and we have an automatic chrome-plating line and an automatic zinc-plating line, together with waste water disposal equipment. Therefore our products are environmentally friendly and pollution-free. The above mentioned equipment is all controlled by computers.

Our examine and testing equipment includes universal testing machines, projectors, micro hardness testers, large horizontal metallographic microscopes, salt-mist corrosion testers and spectrographs, which can test the performances of different products, plating solutions and waste water disposals. Having the best manufacturing and testing equipment, we are able to design and develop new products according to customers' requirements.

Our group is entitled to import and export, and has been rewarded as "contract-oriented and reliable enterprise" by local government, with the highest bank credit level of "AAA". Based on excellent quality and services, we have won many major customers like FAW, Xiali Automobile, Chang'an Automobile, Hafei Automobile, Changhe Automobile, Qianjiang Motor, Great Changjiang Group, Jincheng Motor, Qingqi Motor, Jialing Motor, and Jianshe Motor, as many as 50 enterprises. Part of our products have been indirectly exported to Asia, Europe and Africa, and have successfully gained fame and favor in those markets.
